Jim spent 20 years leading new product development, marketing, business strategy and business development teams in engineering and service businesses, including Thorn-EMI, Cable and Wireless and NTL - experience that has given him a thorough, practical understanding of how important leadership and interpersonal communication are in organisational life.
Jim has an MBA from Cranfield and has lectured in Marketing at the University of Portsmouth. He has also been trained in drama and performance at the Arts Educational Drama School in London.
