The iWAM questionnaire measures an individual's attitudes and motivations within the context of the workplace. This survey includes 48 metaprogram parameters, which are the series of mental filters which determine how one behaves what one pays attention to during observation.
Our subconscious mind routinely handles millions of sensory inputs of information – all at once and all the time.
The question is, how is it doing that?
The iwam profile gives you an insight into how the way you are thinking is affecting your behaviour and how this changes in relation to different contexts.
Sometimes your thinking patterns serve you well and sometimes they may not.
Taking this test enables you to understand how you filter your experience. You will understand more of what is said to you and notice behaviours of others in new ways.
You will learn how to:
• Be more productive
• Be more motivated
• Work towards your strengths
• Influence others
• Negotiate better deals
• Reduce stress
• Understand your need for change – e.g. in the context of your career
